Individual, Couples & Family Counseling
Purpose: Provide mental health and chemical dependency counseling to increase understanding and responsibility surrounding behavioral choices related to mental illness and substance abuse. Addressing individualized needs, which include but are not limited to parenting, relationships, employment, education, life skills, boundaries, etc.

Orientation-Bi-Weekly Group
Purpose: This group is for new clients, or clients who have received services in the past, and are returning. Available services, attendance, treatment planning policies and basic drug and alcohol information are discussed. Initial paperwork is completed and clients are scheduled for assessment.

Education-6 Week Group
Purpose: Clients will be educated on the disease concept of chemical dependency. Participants will be able to evaluate and identify the progressive nature, signs, stages and symptoms of addiction in their own lives. Participation and attendance in the group are mandatory and will assist the client to begin experiencing personal growth towards recovery.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)-9 Week Group
Purpose: This group is for chemically dependent clients who have been unable to maintain a clean and sober lifestyle at lower levels of treatment. IOP provides an intense and highly structured level of treatment geared to facilitate lifestyle changes. Clients will increase their level of knowledge regarding the nature and extent of the harmful effects of chemical dependency, explore the personal cost and consequences of their own use in all major life areas and develop a plan for on-going recovery.

Relapse Prevention-6 Week Group
Purpose: Clients will identify personal relapse triggers and receive education on relapse prevention techniques to develop an on-going recovery program.

SAMI-Ongoing Weekly Group
Purpose: Provide support and encouragement to those clients with Substance Abuse and Mental Illness. Clients are provided a safe environment in which they are encouraged to address daily stressors encountered while maintaining a recovering lifestyle and managing their mental illness.

Anger Management-12 Week Group
Purpose: This group assists clients in recognizing personal defense mechanisms, anger triggers and destructive patterns of angry behavior. Clients will develop a prevention plan to express anger constructively. Individual homework assignments will be shared weekly to facilitate personal growth.

Adolescent Group - 9 Week Group
Purpose: Clients will be educated on the disease concept of chemical dependency. Participants will be able to evaluate and identify the progressive nature, signs, stages and symptoms of addiction in their own lives. Participation and attendance in the group are mandatory and will assist the client to begin experiencing personal growth towards recovery. In addition, clients will be educated on peer pressure and self-esteem issues.
